The print industry continues to be challenged every day. The NAR, and the world at large, still declares print irrelevant. Because of our importance, the print industry is the leading force that generates leads and drives more traffic to websites
for our customers.
This convention is about “EMBRACING CHANGE” - "ONE TEAM, ONE MISSION". As the economy continues to repair, we, as an Association, need to continue to find ways to be educated and to remain RELEVANT through integration of ALL available technologies into our print magazines.

Senior Vice President, National Sales
Lou Gonzalez is senior vice president of National Sales for HSF Affiliates LLC, which operates the real estate brokerage networks of Prudential Real Estate, Real Living Real Estate and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.
Gonzalez brings nearly 30 years of industry experience to his position, including real estate sales and service, franchise sales, master franchise sales, sales management and territory development in domestic and international markets.
Gonzalez served in various positions with Prudential Real Estate Affiliates. Most recently he served as senior vice president of franchise sales and affiliate service for the United States, Mexico and Canadian networks. He was president of the western region, oversaw the Canadian network and oversees the Commercial network.
Gonzalez came to HSF Affiliates LLC from Realogy Corporation, where he served in various leadership positions with Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates and Coldwell Banker; president of Homes & Land Publishing, Ltd.; and executive vice president for RE/MAX Europe.
Gonzalez served two terms on the National Board of the Asian Real Estate Association of America and is serving his third term on the Corporate Board of Governors for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP).

Bill Lowson is a college graduate from the institution of Champlain College, located in Montreal, Quebec. At Champlain College, he studied computers and commerce. After completing college, he went on to University. At University, Bill graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with a Major in Accounting. Upon graduation, Bill started working full-time for the publisher where he was working part-time while he was going through school.
He has been in the publishing industry for 20+ years. He started by finding distribution points in the city where the publisher could leave free copies of the magazine, then into distribution, sales and finally office manager. While at the publisher, he came across this technology that created digital replicas of print editions. Amazed at how much more the publisher can do with this technology he went into this emerging industry where he has been for the last 8+ years.
He is the co-owner of Turn-Page and MediaWire. Turn-Page creates web-based digital replicas and MediaWire creates branded apps for iOS and Android devices. Knowing the traditional print industry extremely well helped Bill use this knowledge to build his digital publishing company. To date Turn-Page and MediaWire have approximately 1,000 clients and over 1,000 Titles. When he is not working you can find him working out in the gym, on the soccer field or on a well-deserved vacation!
